At Jade Dental, we are committed to your health and healing. We are accepting the Canadian Dental Care Plan for our patients. We aim to make the process as easy as possible by accepting Direct Billing from the CDCP carrier, Sunlife of Canada.
The Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP) is now available to ALL CANADIANS, pending income threshold.
Simply give us a call and let us know whether you are covered at 40%, 60%, and 100% of the CDCP Coverage, and we will take care of the rest.
The Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP) is a federal government program that is intended to provide coverage for Canadian residents who do not have dental benefits and have a household income of less than $90,000 a year. The CDCP is for Canadians who do not have dental benefits. It is not intended to replace benefits that people already have through work, school or private plans.

Enrollment Confirmation
Sun Life will send you a welcome package with a member card, co-payment information and the start date for service.
Book Your Appointment
Once you receive your member card, book your appointment and let us know you are enrolled and active.
Pre-Determination
For New Patient Exams, Cleanings, Fillings, and routine care, Pre-Determinations are not necessary. However, for major treatments such as crowns or dentures, this step is required. We will send off all the estimates needed and will have a cost breakdown prior to starting.
Treatment
Treatment will be rendered. We will guide you every step of the way.
