The Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP) is opening to all Canadians. Start your application, obtain your card, and book your appointment at Jade Dental. We are dedicated to helping all Canadians access high quality dental care. We bill directly to the program to serve you better. We can apply for you.

During business hours, our clinic remains locked for your safety. Please ring the doorbell on arrival and we will unlock it for you.
Bus Route 11 is available at the front of the clinic.
Pimisi Station is 500m away, providing access to O-Train Line 1 and Line 3.
We are easily located on the ground level of the Jade Apartments with direct access from Somerset Street West.
Barrier free access is provided.

2025.09.12 COMMUNITY
On September 12, 2025, Jade Dental participated in a learning session at the Somerset Street West Community Center. We provided information to the Older Adult Community in regards to the CDCP and its services. The CDCP is such an important program, life changing for many, and we are here to help the community access this care. Our goal remains to break down language barriers and barriers to access for all.
2025.09.01 COMMUNITY DONATION
At Jade Dental, community contribution is important. On September 1, 2025, we contributed $250 to the Door Youth Community Center. The Center provides youth with life skills, homework help, supplies, meals and more. It is more than a hangout, it is life for many young community members. We wish the Center great success as it continues to make a difference in the community of Somerset West.

If you have private dental insurance, please let us know and we will do our best to arrange direct billing for you.
To enroll in Direct Billing we ask that you call, text, or email us for further details. We are working on carriers on a case by case basis, and will do everything we can to help you.
