First Nations and Inuit: Non-Insured Health Benefits (NIHB) Program
At Jade Dental, we are proud to accept the Indigenous Services Canada Non-Insured Health Benefits (NIHB) Program for eligible First Nations and Inuit.
We would like to formally acknowledge that Jade Dental is located on the traditional unceded, unsurrendered territory of the Anishinaabe Algonquin People. The Algonquin People have inhabited and cared for these lands long before today. We take this time to show our gratitude and respect to them and to the land for all that it provides us: trees to give shade, water and food to sustain us, and paths to connect us.
As a place of health and healing, we embrace the responsibility to help ensure that the next generations of land stewards are respectful and grateful for the bounty of this land on which we all live, work, and play.

- An Inuk recognized by an Inuit land claim organization.
- A child under 2yo whose parent is an NIHB-eligible client.

Enrollment Confirmation
Service Canada will send you a welcome package with a member card, co-payment information and the start date for service. Patients can create an Express Script Account to view online submissions for services.
Book Your Appointment
Once you receive your member card, book your appointment and let us know you are enrolled and active.
Pre-Determination
We will perform an examination and tailor a treatment plan to your oral health care needs. We will then send a pre-determination of services to ensure you have all the information necessary. Your visits will then be scheduled in.
Treatment
Treatment will be rendered. Make sure you renew your card annually. We will guide you every step of the way.
